Surely the key factor in the result was tactical voting in favour of Plaid by Labour voters (and not only Labour voters) in order to keep Reform out? Plaid certainly recognise that. The problem for Farage is that such voting, even in the absents of formal arrangements between parties, is probably enough to deny him a majority in Westminster.
